Start by naming the floor: a garage, a patio, a pool deck, an indoor room, a workshop or a commercial space. A rough size helps (square footage, or the number of car bays), along with what is on it now, such as bare concrete, paint, an older coating, oil stains or cracks. If the floor gets damp after rain or king tides, mention it. If your condo or HOA has to sign off, tell us that too. A few phone photos of the whole floor and any trouble spots are welcome. Expect a call back to pick a day for your free on-site estimate.
